When you sign a commercial agreement with our company, you authorise us to handle some of your personal data. This data is an essential condition for execution of the agreement. Our company guarantees full observance of the data protection laws (Italian legislative decree 196/2003 as amended) with regard to all data acquired in its archives as a result of contractual procedures.
Unless express consent is given to the contrary, the information you provide will only be used to execute the commercial agreement, to provide information and documentation related to the agreement you have signed, and to monitor the service provided.
This information may be sent to our subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
The information provided may be made known to persons dealing with the commercial agreement, as persons authorised to use the information.
In this regard we would inform you that:
· The information is processed via the operations provided for by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as amended, with the aid of computerised equipment and is handled by members of our company who are authorised to use the information.
· The acquisition of data for which you have been, or may be requested is an essential requirement for the stipulation and management of the commercial agreement and for all subsequent operations on your behalf.
· As the interested party, you are entitled to exercise your rights pursuant to art. 7 of the above mentioned legislative decree and specifically you are entitled to know, at any time, what information is held and how it is used. You also have the right to have the information updated, integrated, rectified or cancelled, request that it be blocked or object to its use.
· Requests pursuant to art. 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003 may be directed to the data coordinator, whose address for correspondence is at the company’s offices in Via C. Sorgente, 72/a 84125 Salerno.
We would also inform you that the data holder is GF Logistic srl represented by Mr. Enrico Gallozzi whose address for correspondence is at the company’s offices in Via C. Sorgente, 72/a 84125 Salerno/Italy.
